Gaby Jefferson's Granddaugher - Kyera Fletcher
Gaby Jefferson's Granddaughter - Kyera Fletcher will be signing with Samford University to play Basketball. Kyera is a senior at Madison Academy High School. Shenika Harris Shenika Harris has been inducted into the UA chapter of the Sigma Alpha Lambda honor society, as well as being a member of the UA chapter of the NAACP, the Black Student Council and secretary of the UA Afro-Gospel Choir. Shenika fellowships at Fresh Anointing Church in Tuscaloosa.

Alfreda Smith
On July 21, Alfreda Smith will commemorate 30 years of service at Sanmina-SCI. As supervisor in the medical division she was responsible for building testing and packing of the accu-check advantage, and HTS systems. She started as a line-operator, and is currently the only Test Supervisor on second shift where she is responsible for all testing and functional verification of product, provided to numerous Defense and Aerospace projects. Some of the familiar customers are US Army Apache program, TOCNET intercommunication systems for military, and Homeland Security, GE Transportation, and C130 Aircraft Communication systems. She has supervised up to 60 personnel in 16 separate labs. Alfreda says, "Sanmina-SCI has been a blessing to both me and my mother; she is responsible for getting me this job. She worked here for thirty –five years until she got sick. So I would like to dedicate this service anniversary to my mother who is currently in ICU at UAB. Please continue to pray for her".
Mother Rachael Horton
Mother Rachael Horton received a congratulatory watch as she retires from 14 years at the West Madison Elementary. Mother Horton joins Pastor Hartwell in the happily retired group.

Shantel Cooper
Shantel Cooper entered the ACTE technology fair at VBCC where she and her group won 1st place on their multimedia project " Important People form the Past, a look at Black History". The project later placed 3rd at the State Technology Fair in Montgomery. Phyllis Brandon
Sister Phyllis Brandon a junior at Lee High School has made the varsity Volleyball team for next school year. She is also trying out for basketball.
DeAundra Harris
Sister DeAundra Harris is participating in the Angel Pageant sponsored by Rho Chi Omega (AKA).The theme is Celebrating 20 years of Elegance, Sophistication and Poise. She's been refining her personal and community skills through personal enrichment workshops, social activities, fashion and talent showcase, father daughter tea and pageantry training. The fashion show is April 17th 4pm at Ed White middle school no charge. The pageant is may 1st at 6pm Columbia high school cast is 5.00. Students 3.00. DeAundra will do a praise dance as a talent and she's doing beach wear for the fashion.

Darian Williams, a sixth grader at the Academy of Science & Foreign Language has been selected to represent the state of Alabama at the Junior National Young Leaders Conference this summer in Washington DC. Alfred Moore, Jr spoke on Dr. Martin Luther King. Tobias Nance spoke on Malcom X. AJ Harris, Tevin Jefferson, Le'Chauz Langford and Darius Jackson
East 3 basketball team went undefeated and won the 11 and 12 year old County Championship. Church members are AJ Harris, Tevin Jefferson, LeChauz Langford, Darius Jackson. Coached by Anthony Harris.
Lindsey Rice
Congratulations to Sister Lindsey Rice for her recognition by the Huntsville Junior League as one of 112 high school senior girls of exceptional academic and community standing. As Butterfly award winner and scholarship recipient Lindsey was honored at a banquet at the Huntsville Botanical Garden and is invited to participate in the Butterfly House “Butterfly Boutique this month.
Ann Jefferson
Support Deaconess Ann Jefferson as she walks in the 2010 Heart Walk on Feburary 20th. We all know someone who has a heart problem or someone who has had a stroke. Ann's grandmother (Pearl Lean Holley) and aunt (Curly Mae Erskine) both died of a heard attacks.So she's asking her church family for help. You can donate or sign up to walk on her team. Columbia Elementary Students
Columbia Elementary School is collecting Box Tops. The class that turns in the most by February 20th will receive special recognition. Help our SAPB children by collecting Box Tops and giving them to your favorite Student.

St. Andrew had three participating in the Pentacostal Lighthouse CDC King/Queen Snowball Pagent, Aleera Moore, Tobias Nance, and Tyreak Miller. They did an excellent job. It was a special evening enjoyed by all. Little Mr. Tyreak and Little Miss Aleera were crowned King and Queen of the Snowball Pageant. Thanks for all your love and support and we thank our Teachers at Pentacostal Lighthouse for putting this on and to Pastor Burrell for his support. Mrs. Morrow and her staff does an excellent job with our children. .

East II football team went undefeated and no one scored on them. They are the County Champs. Members from the church are AJ Harris and Arrington Langford. Aj lead his team as QuarterBack. Anthony Harris Sr. is the coach. SAPB BrotherHood The city of Triana held a Christmas Parade on Dec.12th. Our very own Brotherhood entered a christmas float. The SAPB Float placed third in the competition. A big thanks for all who participated.
